Jakarta (ANTARA News/Asia Pulse) - Telco PT Indosat Tbk (JSX:ISAT),
signalled it would change its board of directors because shareholders
are not happy with the performance of its management so far, Indonesia's
state enterprise minister Mustafa Abubakar said.
"Shareholders would meet
tonight to discuss the issue among others," he said here on Wednesday.
Abubakar said changing the board members would be on the agenda of the
shareholder meeting on Thursday.
The meeting would be attended by
shareholders including Qatar Telecom (Qtel) and the Indonesian
government, the holder of the company`s Series A shares.
